Job description

Position Title: Applications Support
Work Set-up: Onsite
Salary Range: Php 40,000.00 – Php 60,000.00 (Including Night Differential)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
Hours: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN APPLICATIONS SUPPORT

Responsibilities as an Applications Support:
• Configure NetSuite ERP to align with project requirements, ensuring adherence to business processes and user specifications.
• Provide expertise on NetSuite best practices, including workflow configurations, to enhance business efficiency. Offer user-friendly guidance on system functionalities.
• Work with SPS Commerce, RF Smart (or similar WMS), Smart Freight (or similar consignment application), and middleware solutions for seamless integration within NetSuite.
• Provide user training, support report customization, and troubleshoot inquiries, helping users modify and create reports such as Sales Summary by Agent.
• Maintain documentation for NetSuite configurations, customizations, and user support interactions to ensure operational continuity.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support for NetSuite OneWorld, Celigo, RF Smart, SPS Commerce, Shopify, Clickup, Miro, Zendesk, Smart Freight, and any future integrated applications.
• Escalate 3rd-level support issues to software vendors as needed and manage them to SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve operational issues and escalate as needed.
• Identify and analyze business processes and inefficiencies, recommending optimal practices and solutions.
• Develop custom saved searches, workflows, and reports to support shared business usage and integration needs.
• Implement systematic process improvements and manage the integration of new systems into the infrastructure.

Qualifications as an Applications Support:

• 3+ years in a NetSuite consulting role with functional and technical experience, including at least two NetSuite implementations with configuration responsibility.
• Experience with SPS Commerce, RF Smart (or similar WMS), Smart Freight, and middleware integration.
• Strong English proficiency, with the ability to explain complex processes in accessible language to non-technical users.






• Proficiency in NetSuite workflows, SuiteScripts, and configuration, with an adaptable communication style depending on user needs.
• NetSuite certifications preferred but not required with demonstrated consulting experience.
• Consultative mindset prioritizing user needs, with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work within a larger IT/systems team.
• Effective communication with end-users, management, and consulting partners, ensuring SLA adherence for high-priority issues.
• Familiarity with OTC, R2R, P2P, PTP, and PTI processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and expectation management skills.
