Your mission:
- You are the first point of contact (1st level support) for our customers and ensure that our support hotline is available by telephone. You will answer basic customer enquiries about:
- Configuration and operation of our monitoring portal for energy generation systems,
- Commissioning and parameterisation of our data loggers/park controllers,
- Other issues relating to products sold by meteocontrol,
- You will support our customers both by telephone and in writing via email using our customer service system,
- You record customer processes that cannot be solved directly via our customer service system and forward them to our 2nd level support,
- You carry out error analyses and work out solutions in cooperation with the development department,
- You will be responsible for providing technical advice to interested parties and technical support to the sales department for the preparation of quotations,
- In the event of delays or problems, you will ensure that our customers are informed in good time.
