Job Description

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind our client’s digital presence, crafting engaging content that ignites interest in luxury outdoor living. You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the narrative of high-end fire bowl designs, fostering vibrant online communities and driving business growth through strategic social media engagement. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy that showcases the beauty and functionality of premium fire bowls
Create visually stunning content using tools like Canva and video editing software, bringing the allure of luxury outdoor living to life
Engage with potential clients in specialized Facebook groups, becoming a trusted voice in pool construction and outdoor design communities
Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads, translating social media buzz into tangible business opportunities
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, continuously refining strategies to maximize engagement and brand awareness
Stay ahead of social media trends, adapting quickly to new platforms and features that could enhance the brand’s digital presence
Respond to customer inquiries with expertise and enthusiasm, embodying the brand’s commitment to exceptional customer experience
Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with industry events, seasonal trends, and product launches

Requirements

4+ years of proven track record in social media management, preferably in luxury goods, home improvement, or B2B sectors
Exceptional creative skills with a portfolio showcasing your ability to produce eye-catching visual content
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and video editing software
Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
Passion for outdoor design and ability to quickly learn and articulate the technical aspects of fire bowl products
Experience with Facebook group management and community building is a significant plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
