Job description

This is a remote position.

A well reputed financial advisory company is seeking a dedicated and professional part-time Client Relationship Specialist to provide premium service to their new and existing clients. This is a fully remote position (2-4 hours per day) with the potential to become permanent. 

The ideal candidate will build and nurture client relationships, ensuring trust and transparency at every interaction. This role involves maintaining continuous communication with clients, supporting them after their interactions with advisors, and providing a personalised, caring experience. The Specialist will be a cornerstone in delivering service excellence while managing daily activities with structure and focus.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
  • Proactively reach out to clients via phone to establish and maintain strong connections.
  • Build trust and foster long-term relationships through transparent and empathetic communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Post-Advisory Support:
    • Follow up with clients after their interactions with advisors to address any questions or concerns.
    • Provide clear, timely updates and guidance to clients as needed.
  • Ongoing Interaction:
    • Maintain regular, personalised communication with clients to ensure continuous engagement.
    • Anticipate client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Service Delivery:
    • Offer first-class, detail-oriented service with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Organisation and Structure:
    • Plan and structure daily activities to ensure timely responses and efficient follow-ups.
    • Meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with advisors and other team members to ensure seamless client support.
    • Share insights and feedback to improve client service processes.

    Salary:

    R180 - R200
