Job Details

Join our dynamic team as a Consumer Marketing Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of independent pharmacy! In this exciting position, you will execute the innovative Good Neighbor Pharmacy consumer marketing strategy, focusing on enhancing patient-facing marketing channels and materials. Your efforts will not only drive awareness for independent pharmacies but also foster brand loyalty among our valued customers.   • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with patients and promote the Good Neighbor Pharmacy brand.

  • Content Management: Coordinate marketing content for various patient-facing channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and in-store promotions. Organize file management and content uploads to various marketing channels.

  • Content Audits: Manage and execute content audits on website, social media management platform and marketing asset library and organize agency content.

  • Campaign Reporting: Coordinate and centralize content and campaign reporting and contribute to pulling data for quarterly internal business reviews.

  • Customer Support: Foster relationships with Good Neighbor Pharmacy members by managing and responding to customer inquiries and assisting with troubleshooting on marketing platforms.

  • Project Management and Operations: Track deadlines, deliverables and status of cross-functional campaigns, projects and initiatives. Support marketing operations with day-to-day marketing program maintenance.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify patient needs, preferences, and trends. Utilize insights to support and inform marketing strategies and enhance the patient experience.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, field marketing, operations, and pharmacy staff, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and franchise goals.

  • Brand Management: Uphold and promote the Good Neighbor Pharmacy brand standards across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and quality in messaging and design.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize future campaigns.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare or retail industry. Franchise or multi-location marketing is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of patient-centric marketing channels and strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.

  • Strong communications and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing data, with experience in interpreting data and creating presentation decks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Salary Range*

$72,200 - 103,290

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
