We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the development and scaling of our core platform. You’ll create innovative solutions that redefine financial equity management and collaborate across disciplines to shape our product’s future, directly advancing our mission of empowering employees and small businesses alike.

  • Design and Develop scalable, high-performance systems to support complex data modeling and real-time applications.
  • Innovate Financial Tools by translating intricate financial concepts into accessible and intuitive user experiences.
  • Optimize Performance for scalability, speed, and reliability as we scale our platform to support a growing user base.
  • Secure Data by implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive financial information.
  • Lead by Example by helping shape the technical direction of the team, and championing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to ensure alignment with our mission and vision.
