Job description

Position Summary

DMA, a leader in corporate tax consulting, is expanding our growing marketing team with a new position for an experienced HubSpot expert to manage our digital marketing efforts and lead the charge in automating workflows and building better demand generation systems to take our marketing efforts to the next level. This role is your platform to make a significant impact, guiding an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with our goals, while managing budget and resources efficiently.

Harness data to understand the buyer's journey, aiming for increased reach, engagement, lead conversion, customer revenue growth, and churn reduction. Use your expertise to uncover growth opportunities and ensure strategic alignment with our sales team and the business.

You will be responsible for managing digital marketing and developing and implementing HubSpot automation strategies to streamline our marketing and communication processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize HubSpot processes, workflows, and automation strategies to enhance our marketing efforts
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and targeted communication with our audience
  • Create and maintain lead nurturing programs to engage potential clients and move them through the sales funnel
  • Build, manage and draw actionable insights from reports and dashboards, analyze and report on the performance of automation campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align automation strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to ensure our strategies remain effective
  • Ensure processes are standardized, documented, and adhered to ensuring repeatable, high-quality outcomes for the department
  • Ensure consistent and reliable access to reporting data
  • Understand the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges, identify—and adjust—appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Track and analyze engagement, response, MQLs, and marketing generated pipeline to assess program performance and lead management success.
  • Collaborate with BD team to ensure leads are followed up with in a timely manner. Elevate business issues with lead flow and drive resolution across the organization.
  • Lead, guide, and coach team members responsible for demand generation, marketing automation, website strategy and design, analytics and insights, SEO/SEM, and social media
  • Translate growth objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing plans and programs, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, social media, website strategy, SEO, PPC, and more
  • Manage and oversee digital marketing channels as well as social media strategies (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure optimal performance and brand consistency
  • Measure and manage online content, analyze and report on outcomes, and adjust strategy based on data and insights

 

Education and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of HubSpot experience, preferably at a B2B consulting or tech company
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and lead generation
  • Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey, including top, middle, and bottom of funnel strategies that drive results
  • Excellent analytical skills, including strong business judgment and the ability to present data in an easy-to-understand way
  • Strong attention to detail and a fierce dedication and pride in work product
  • Superior communication and project management skills
  • Experience with paid search (Google, Bing, LinkedIn)
  • Hubspot certification(s) or proof of HupSpot expertise a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, SEMRush, Yoast, ClickUp, and WordPress a plus
  • Experience with B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or cloud-based software a plus
  • Ability to quickly understand DMA and our go-to-market strategy and goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology, or related field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.
