We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn or 100 % remote in Germany as a

Product Manager (m/f/d) Mental Health

Your tasks:

Product management of all mental Health topics within the Value Stream ‘Regular Care’
Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
Communication with our customers and development partners
Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends
Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams
Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation

You bring along:

University degree in Medicine, Medical Science or engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. experienced mental-health nurse)
2-5 years expertise in software industry in PM, R&D, Service, Customer support or 5-10 years’ experience in hospital environment
Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
Strong business acumen
Motivated team player
Excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus)
