We are Sell2Rent, a dynamic and innovative startup focused on growth and excellence. Our mission is to drive success through strategic initiatives and exceptional service. We are looking for a committed Investor Growth & Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and contribute to our investors efforts across all channels.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and prospect potential investors, utilizing various channels such as digital marketing, events,networking, and strategic outreach.


  • Identify and research potential investors, understanding their needs and how we can help them.


  • Leverage SEO, and social media campaigns to generate investor leads.


  • Improve new Investor Journeys, process and new deals


  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential investors and drive traffic.


  • Monitor and analyze investor generation campaigns, providing reports to improve engagement performance.


  • Monitor and manage integration with Zoho and Hubspot for investors and deals.


  • Improve the overall marketing process to sell our deals faster and more efficiently to investors.


  • Improve IA strategy with third party provider.


  • Build long-term relationships with investors, ensuring they feel valued and informed.


  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, investor behaviors, and potential opportunities.


  • Track and analyze investor data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, understand investor preferences, and uncover opportunities for growth.


  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts with investor needs and Company OKRs.




Requirements
  • Proven experience in investor relations and marketing. (typically 5-8 years).
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and investor communication.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Zoho preferred, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Skills:

  • Expertise in creating targeted marketing content and messaging for investors.

  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to refine marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in social media marketing and investor-focused digital platforms.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working in startups is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
