- Oversee project planning, budgeting and documentation

1. Manage tasks to integrate IT solutions for current and potential clients; continually measuring effectiveness of current solutions.

3. Manage, validate and test technical tasks for Project Managers; process improvements as well as new client implementations including system security measures

BA or BS Degree or 4 year’s equivalent work experience in BPO technology field.
Excellent client-facing skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. 90% English proficiency written and verbal.
