What will you do ?

● Plan and manage all daily operations.

● Hire, coach and supervise personnel.

● Build and nurture a team of talented writers and editors.

● Assign tasks to writers and editors.

● Create and manage detailed content schedules.

● Oversee proofreading and finalizing copies with style and tone.

● Resolve team issues as they arise.

● Analyze performance metrics to quantify results.

● Monitor and optimise performance to meet targets.

● Implement best practices, workflows, tools and templates to maximise efficiency and

effectiveness.

Requirements

● Previous experience in the Technical Content industry (at least 2-3 years).

● Masters/Bachelors in Engineering, IT or Computer Science or related.

● Exceptional ability in writing and editing.

● In depth knowledge of technical editing & writing.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
