We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Data Analyst / Data Architect with expertise in AWS technologies and real-time messaging platforms. The candidate will lead the mapping, analysis, and integration of data components across multiple interfaces.

The impact you'll make:

Requirement Analysis:
- Gather and document low-level requirements for data interfaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, data needs, and technical dependencies.
Data Analysis & Mapping
- Perform in-depth analysis of data components, structures, and relationships.
- Design data mapping strategies and models for both tactical and long-term solutions.
Interface Design & Optimization
- Assess and recommend the most suitable interfaces for data integration.
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
AWS Data Services Implementation
- Utilize AWS technologies such as AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, Amazon RDS, Amazon S3, and AWS Data Pipeline for data storage, transformation, and integration.
- Optimize data workflows using AWS Lambda, Amazon Kinesis, and Step Functions for real-time and batch processing.
- Implement and manage SQS (Simple Queue Service) and SNS (Simple Notification Service) for asynchronous messaging and notifications.
Real-Time Messaging & Streaming
- Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka and Confluent.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability in message broker implementations.
- Build robust pipelines for event-driven architectures integrating AWS services and Kafka ecosystems.
Data Governance and Security
- Implement robust data governance frameworks and policies.
- Ensure compliance with security standards using AWS IAM, encryption, and access control best practices.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Document data mappings, processes, and architectural decisions thoroughly.

What you'll bring to us:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Or
An MBA with at least 7 years of experience in technical IT data delivery projects is also acceptable.

Proven experience in data analysis, data architecture, and designing complex data workflows.
Hands-on experience with AWS Data Analytics and Integration Services.
Strong experience with SQS, SNS, Kafka, and Confluent in data streaming and messaging solutions.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java for data analysis and transformation.
Experience with ETL tools, data modelling techniques, and API-based integrations.
Expertise in AWS services like AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, Amazon RDS, and Amazon S3.
Knowledge of event-driven architectures, streaming platforms, and messaging services.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Skills:

AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional) is a plus.
Familiarity with big data technologies like Apache Spark or Hadoop is advantageous.
Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
