Jr. Procurement Business Analyst

A Jr. Procurement Business Analyst job in Minneapolis, MN is available through IntePros. Candidates will be responsible for understanding business requirements and provide efficient and effective solutions in collaboration with global, regional and cross-functional teams to address the Procurement processes, internal training programs, and process automation.

This is a one-year contract assignment.

This role can be on-site in Minneapolis, MN or in Center Valley, PA. Or can be Fully-Remote.

Willingness to travel domestic and international (~ 20%).

This role will pay $25 hr.

Jr. Procurement Business Analyst Job Responsibilities Include

• Create, manage, harmonize and train global & regional process standards (i.e., OGBRs, Playbooks, tools, templates).
• Support global procurement digitization projects by implementing tools and platforms according to the digitization strategy.
• Drive regional process changes for the regional procurement.
• Support regional external & internal audits.
• Lead IT changes and implementation of new software.
• Provide training and support for the regional Procurement organization with global & regional standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education and or training is preferred.
• 3+ years’ work experience in Procurement driving key business processes, relevant supply chain frameworks, process management techniques, and notation standards is preferred
• Experience with MedTech/ related industries and/ or leading consulting companies is preferred.
• Proven know-how about industrial trends including digital technology and latest thinking in SC resilience and risk management, ESG requirements, applied experience in implementing innovative solutions is preferred
