Job Title: Invoicing Assistant

Location and Workplace: Remote (HQ in Cebu City)


Summary:

GoTeam is currently in search of an Invoicing Assistant to expertly manage the invoicing process, ensure data accuracy, and handle document collection. This role requires proficiency in Applied Epic software, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. About the Job

Team Size: 22 team members

Key Duties:

  • Managing the invoicing process for the organization
  • Proactively collecting relevant documents to generate invoices
  • Entering appropriate information into Applied Epic software
  • Ensuring complete accuracy of data in the Transaction screen
  • Responding to incoming emails within the defined time frame
  • Performing special projects, as assigned


Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

  • Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks and handle changing priorities successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Meets project/task deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related work experience
  • Professional demeanor and behavior
  • Previous insurance experience preferred, but not required
