Role Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the Oracle ECEMEA BVS team, you will be a core member working alongside leaders in technology and digital solutions. You will advise Oracle customers at the executive level across industries supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.

You will manage your own time while leveraging a broad and diverse set of skills across Oracle to develop effective approaches. You will work primarily in your own region focusing on one or more industries. Travel is manageable with 1-2 trips a month, where you spend no more than 1-2 days at a customer site. The nature and set up of the BVS engagements enable a healthy work life balance.

What You Will Do

  • Lead client engagements with the largest customers and deliver high impact, measured in booked deals and customer satisfaction
  • Provide direct deal support by leveraging industry knowledge, management consulting skills and analytical abilities in identifying key drivers, assessing process capabilities, articulating bespoke Oracle value proposition and developing a business case for overall technology-enabled business transformation
  • Integrate industry strategy, customer operational objectives, and business process understanding to define a clear solution strategy and roadmap with actionable value communication
  • Contribute to team thought leadership through synthesizing customer and industry experiences into content and methodologies that are reusable and repeatable


What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum total of 8 years of experience including a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a premier Management Consulting firm or 2-4 years of experience with industry leading companies in a functional management role or strategy / Transformation role
  • MBA from a top-tier business school
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and participate in strategic consulting projects with varied industry focus and business imperatives
  • Proven aptitude to work in a virtual team environment and ability to build consensus
  • Exceptional business problem solving abilities combined with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of technology landscape covering emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, cloud, etc.)
