100% Remote - Spain

As an Security Ping Identity expert you would be in charge of perform advanced troubleshooting & investigations. You will handle problem management by conducting root cause. You Participate together with Infrastructure Architecture and Cybersecurity in the prescription of the use of AD in cloud projects (Azure, AWS, Google).. Excellent communication skills will be required to coordinate work accords multiple teams to resolve issues. You will bring your experience, creativity and innovation to the table to deliver class leading solutions. You will work in a challenging agile environment with many other like-minded passionate and creative individuals in and across the teams in the project.

Strong hands-on experience in Ping Identity operations and support activities on Ping Identity (PingFederate, PingOne, PinglD, DaVinci).
Strong experience in onboarding application onto PingIdentity.
In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks, Ping Identity suite.
Strong understanding of Authentication strategies such as OAuth2, OIDC and Scope attributes.
Strong understanding of Selectors, Authentication Policy Contracts,
Good knowledge of IAM processes and controls.
Good analytical skill to identify/analyse customer reported issues.
Ability to translate work with engineers from multiple disciplines using multiple disparate technologies.
Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
Commitment to staying current with industry trends and evolving technologies in the IAM domain.
