Job description

We are seeking a talented Product Manager with a focus on design to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects and collaborate closely with clients to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define and document project requirements and business outcomes.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and direction for the development team.
  • Organize and document project strategy and requirements gathering sessions to drive projects forward.
  • Manage the product backlog for complex projects, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks.
  • Actively drive the product roadmap and define project vision for large and complex initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor other team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Stay informed on digital trends and innovations to enhance project outcomes.


Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly in design-led projects.
  • Strong understanding of epics, acceptance criteria, and roadmapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in project execution.
  • Experience with documentation and organizing team processes effectively.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of iterative delivery methodologies and agile practices.
