The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking a driven Backend Engineer to join our development team at SDI level. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining backend services that support the Mrsool platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and efficient solutions that enhance our services and improve user experiences. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in the fast-paced world of tech.

What You Will Do💡

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support the Mrsool delivery platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers to implement new features.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality through best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, optimizing performance where possible.
• Write tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of the services.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure our stack is up-to-date.
• Contribute to collaborative discussions on system architecture and design decisions.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For❓

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in backend development, preferably with Ruby, but other languages are also encouraged.
• Basic understanding of web services, APIs, and database management.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Ruby on Rails or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for building quality software and improving user experiences.
• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
