The Laboratory Director reports directly to the COO-Lab Services and will be tasked with organizing, analyzing, and presenting high-value data analyses to support laboratory operations functions.
In the capacity of an expert in project management operations concerning standard work and workflow efficiencies, this role serves as a consultant to operational owners, aiding in decision-making for large-scale initiatives and strategic projects. Utilizing change management principles, the incumbent directs teams and collaborates closely with executives on all aspects of the lab business, offering leadership and assistance in execution across the organization. The successful candidate for this role possesses adept skills in process design, data analysis, systems thinking, and project management while having experience in health system laboratory.
