About the Role:
The Director of Provider Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing a strategic provider engagement plan to establish and maintain strong relationships with health care providers, including OB/GYNs, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and health systems in specific regions across the U.S.. The primary goal is to educate healthcare providers about the value of doulas and lactation consultants and help support their pregnant patients in utilizing Pacify’s services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic provider engagement plans across multiple markets to drive membership growth for the organization.
- Cultivate new and existing relationships with key health care providers, including clinical and administrative leaders of health systems and provider groups.
- Manage a full-cycle outreach and relationship development process including generating target lists, contacting providers, meeting with and educating providers on Pacify’s doula and lactation services, tracking referrals and reporting results.
- Position Pacify’s value proposition to providers effectively based on the provider’s goals, a deep understanding of the product, and the challenges of healthcare providers.
- Conduct informative webinars, events, and training for health care providers.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure the end-to-end provider outreach strategy and engagement efforts are successful.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to track and analyze effectiveness of efforts, including campaign performance, meetings completed, referrals generated, and member impact.
- Contribute to company culture and success in a variety of ways, including providing input on overall strategy, operational improvements, and tactical execution.
Qualifications:.
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare sales, business development, account management or community outreach role.
- Knowledge of the healthcare, digital health, and provider landscape, including reimbursement models, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, build relationships, and influence decision-makers.
- Strong presentation skills; proficient in designing presentations and using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Strong project management skills; proficient at digging into the technical and operational details and collaborating with internal resources to develop new processes and operational workflows.
- Passionate about improving maternal health disparities and outcomes, as well as improving the birthing experience through doula support.
- An ability and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Occasional travel may be required (up to 30% of the time).
