Role: Digital Ad QC Technician (Brand and Legal Guidelines) - Contract

This role is all about precision—spotting technical and grammatical errors, ensuring alignment with client specifications, and upholding brand guidelines. Responsibilities:

Review short-form video and still image ads, checking for errors in the copy, visuals, audio, and graphics

Proofread for grammar and spelling
Ensure ads adhere to Brand and Legal Guidelines

Ensure prohibited language is not used in text or audio
Ensure prohibited imagery is not used
Ensure disclaimer language is correct

Ensure ads are free of technical errors, including video glitches and export errors
Ensure ads meet platform specifications
Note errors clearly, concisely, and completely in Frame.io to allow for quick and accurate corrections by the creative team
Work efficiently and independently through queue of jobs needing QC review

Required Skills And Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (Digital Ad Quality Controller or Proofreader)
Excellent English language fluency (grammar + spelling)
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail applied to QC work
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
Technically literate; comfortable with a variety of computer applications
Familiarity with project management and digital video platforms, such as Monday.com and Frame.io preferred
