An Account Executive at Weights & Biases is a quota carrying, enterprise software sales position responsible for meeting and exceeding goals through generating and closing new opportunities while increasing awareness of Weights & Biases in the marketplace. We are looking for motivated, focused, and coachable sales professionals with experience across the full spectrum of the software sales cycle – prospecting, defining and articulating value proposition, pilot process management, business case development, negotiation and closing.
Role and Responsibilities
Drive new logos and new ARR into assigned Enterprise territory, EMEA North
Develop and implement a business development sales strategy, to help drive awareness and engagement
High velocity, focused pipeline generation aligned with key performance indicators
Collaborating with technology ecosystem and alliance partners to accelerate new opportunity discovery
Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from initial inquiry/outbound interaction through to forecasted pipeline
Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives for your assigned territory, whilst reporting on sales, activities, and progress regularly through CRM and sales forecasting tools
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of sales development experience in high velocity, SaaS sales environments with a proven “hunter” mentality
Track record of success in quota attainment, within a highly technical sales process
Excellent written and verbal communication, and analytical and organizational skills
Command of the Message (or similar) and MEDDPICC-trained
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
