Job description

Our client, a leading P2P crypto trading platform, is seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Support Lead to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional support to their users, including business partners, crypto traders, and clients. You will act as the critical bridge between the first-line support team and the development team, ensuring the highest quality of service.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary contact for resolving technical issues escalated from the first-line support team.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of L2 support specialists, ensuring high performance and team alignment with company objectives.
  • Escalate complex issues to the development team and collaborate for timely solutions.
  • Monitor critical system metrics to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Communicate with users in various support channels to address inquiries.
  • Document and maintain a detailed log of incidents and resolutions.
  • Manage the incident workflow to ensure efficient resolution and follow-ups.


Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems: Windows, iOS, Android, and basic Linux.
  • Proficiency in SQL (select, join, group by, exists queries, etc.).
  • Experience with HTTP API tools such as Postman, JSON, and JWT.
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP and DNS.
  • Exceptional problem-diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
  • At least Intermediate level of English (both verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in banking or fintech sectors is a significant advantage.
