Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
A Virtual Classroom host will do the following:
Prepare facilitators for successful virtual delivery
Test the technology of presenters prior to live sessions
Prepare the technology platform for delivery including loading polls/videos/materials as needed
Kick-off virtual sessions with potentially hundreds of attendees
Monitor live virtual sessions as background support, managing certain technology aspects
Perform certain post-session administrative duties including collecting reports and playback files.
