Join Premier Buying Group as a Practice Support Manager and be part of a team focused on driving clinical compliance, excellence in pet care, and business growth in our Scotland and NE England Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with veterinary clinics to join and remain in the buying group.

  • Achieve new revenue targets by developing and executing strategic plans.

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities.

  • Present proposals tailored to clinic needs and provide effective solutions.

  • Accurately maintain the CRM and reporting platforms with key practice interactions.

  • Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to reduce member attrition.

  • Promote the full range of services and member benefits.

  • Professionally defend against competitor approaches and address complex concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales growth within an existing customer base.

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • A full UK driving license is required.

  • Experience in veterinary sales or animal health is a plus.

  • University degree or relevant experience in animal health sales is advantageous.
