Summary:
The Systems Analyst III serves as an application specialist who uses an in-depth level of knowledge, clinical, financial, or information technology experience to develop, establish, and maintain computer application solutions. Collaborates with customers, vendors, and other IT professionals to meet challenges in order to maximize efficiency and achieve quality outcomes. Uses considerable experience and an in-depth understanding of system integration to ensure that other systems and modules will work in harmony with their supported applications. Successfully completes complex work assignments that are multi-disciplinary, multi-application oriented, and require new and unique approaches with a varied group of people.
Additional Information:
This individual will be a member of the build team that will support the Community Connect program for Arkansas Children's, as we partner with independent pediatric clinics across the state of Arkansas to start utilizing our Epic Ambulatory software.
This individual will be responsible for build, go-live, and maintenance support for these clinics.
This position will require some on-site time at the pediatric clinics, but otherwise will primarily be a work-from-home role.(70% WFH, but can fluctuate at times)
Epic Ambulatory, Cadence, and/or Professional Billing experience preferred.

1. Works closely with users to provide a stable and reliable system and maintaining a high level of customer service.
2. Provides timely and courteous end user support.
3. Acts as the second level of support for the applications assigned.
4. Assists trainers in the development of training material related to supported applications.
5. Performs in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of complex system issues and uses critical thinking and resources to solve application issues.
6. Analyzes and tests new functionality in releases to determine application viability and integrity.
7. Provides regular maintenance to navigators, flow sheets, and all other application components.
8. Maintains appropriate system documentation and audits.
9. Provides on-site and phone support as necessary.
10. Adheres to change control process.
11. Communicates with customers, peers, and supervisors to provide status of current projects or problems.
12. Attends meetings to support application progress and organizational goals.
13. Assists vendors and 3rd party resources with needs related to supported applications.
14. Leads meetings with subject matter experts and others, to develop and build material and support application.
15. Develops testing plans, and assists in organizing application related testing.
16. May require valid driver's license and insurance if role requires.
17. May require maintenance of inventory records pertaining to equipment location, repair and maintenance.
18. Performs other duties as assigned.
