Mission:

Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP-based solutions that align with business requirements, leveraging best practices and technical expertise to deliver scalable and efficient results.

Responsibilities

• Technical Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, including reports, SAPscript/Smartforms, ALV, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPI, IDoc, and interfaces.
• Optimize ABAP code for performance and maintainability following SAP best practices.
• Implement and configure SAP enhancements using advanced tools and methodologies.
• Requirement Analysis:
• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with business processes.
• Integration and Support:
• Develop and manage integrations between SAP and external systems using technologies like IDoc, BAPI, Web Services, and RFC.
• Provide technical support for implemented solutions, resolving issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaboration and Project Management:
• Work within multidisciplinary teams, including functional consultants and technical staff, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage changes and updates in complex projects, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning and Best Practices:
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, including S/4HANA and SAP Fiori, to incorporate them into project strategies.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years as an SAP ABAP consultant in implementation or support projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one core SAP module (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR).
• Proven ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of ABAP, including development of reports, SAPscript/Smartforms, interfaces, BAdIs, User Exits, ALV, BAPI, and IDoc.
• Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori.
• Expertise in integrating SAP with external systems using IDoc, BAPI, Web Services, and RFC.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming best practices, including code optimization and performance management.
• Additional Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users and translating technical concepts into actionable solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing changes in complex projects.
• Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.
• SAP ABAP Certification (SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP).
• Knowledge of business processes in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), and Sales (SD).
• Experience in migration projects to SAP S/4HANA or SAP version upgrades.
