By capturing or recommending key events that can be used for quality measurement performance, our solution helps improve financial performance for health plans and providers and supports the expansion of Vatica's national provider networks.
As the Population Health Director, you will be responsible for building and advancing Vatica Health's quality of care product and CCM capabilities. You will work closely with the Director of Provider Engagement, Quality Consultant(s), Medical Director, and CCO, as well as the Client Engagement, Sales, Data Enterprise Management, and Product teams. You will facilitate working sessions with customers' quality teams to understand their use cases and find creative and measurable solutions. This role will develop a detailed understanding of Vatica's business processes, goals, and strategies relevant to Quality of Care.
