If you love transforming data into actionable insights and working with customers, we would love to talk to you. Luzmo is looking for an Implementation Consultant (but we call it a Solution Engineer), a jack of all trades combining data, dashboards, and a customer-centric mindset.

Who we are:

Luzmo is an embedded analytics platform that enables SaaS vendors to integrate interactive dashboards and insights directly into their applications. Founded in Belgium in 2015, Luzmo operates in over 33 countries, with core markets in North America and Europe. Rebranded in 2023 and bolstered by fresh funding, the company is set for significant growth beyond its current €5M ARR.

This job will be based in our New York City office or close by to ensure frequent office visits.

What this job expects of you:

You will help customers get the most out of their data by assisting them with their implementation of Luzmo. Supporting them with various topics such as their data and infrastructure setup, advising them on best practices in visualization and guiding them in the technical setup and integration of Luzmo in their software.
In addition, you will create and maintain data pipelines that open up client data to Luzmo’s platform, advise on and/or implement database and data model optimizations, work out Proof of Concept integrations, etc.
As an integral part of Luzmo's team, you will help grow our platform by identifying and shaping platform improvements.
