Role: Partnerships Lead
Role Summary: As a Lead for Partnerships & Social Impact, you will be instrumental in expanding Eskwelabs' reach and revenue by forming and managing partnerships that drive our dual mission of financial growth and educational impact.
Responsibilities:

This role offers you the freedom to determine which activities are most impactful, adapting your strategies as needed. Our team is ready to provide the support and resources necessary to help you succeed.
Suggested Responsibilities: While you will have the liberty to tailor your responsibilities to meet these OKRs, here are some potential areas of focus:
Identify events where potential clients will be present and ensure Eskwelabs presence and leadgen at these vents
Identify events that Eskwelabs should participate in or host in order to build connections with potential clients
Oversee CRM
Identify content and thought leadership for Eskwelabs that will enhance credibility and reach to client
Identify partners for thought leadership for co-publication
Oversee knowledge production and publication
Oversee scoping calls with potential clients
Oversee preparation of proposals for clients
Manage relationships with clients
Oversee dealflow pipeline and dashboard
Work with the community team to pass on referrals to clients from our alumni, including former or current students, mentors, instructors, or operators
Identify target institutions to invite to participate in our bootcamps as capstone partners, hiring partners, or to send employees as students
Identify and recruit brand ambassadors who can serve as course advisors, star instructors, and sources of referrals and thought leadership for Eskwelabs
Work with brand ambassadors to identify events, thought leadership, or marketing required for their courses
Develop joint branding between brand ambassadors and Eskwelabs
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients
Work with clients to support them with hiring from our bootcamps
Connect clients to students for career development and job placement
Connect client feedback to bootcamp learning design teams
Work with Eskwelabs branding on PR and press releases
Identify sectors with highest ease of entry for mass upskilling/reskilling
Identify early adopter partners for social sector sprints
Identify which sprints will generate the most traction to focus on for GTM
Prepare marketing and GTM roadmap for social impact sprints
Similar to other revenue operations, but instead focused on social impact sector
