Our client is a growing digital solutions company looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and enhance their SEO strategies. This role is crucial in driving organic growth and ensuring content aligns with the target audience's search intent. You will work collaboratively with content writers, web developers, and the marketing team to create high-performing, SEO-optimized content and improve search engine rankings.

Responsibilities

Perform keyword research in multiple languages to identify SEO opportunities and ensure content aligns with target audience search intent.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures to improve search engine visibility.
Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance SERP appearance.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority score.
Monitor backlinks and maintain a healthy link profile.
Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly content, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
Audit and improve existing content to increase rankings and engagement.
Work with the web development team to resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance.
Optimize website structure, speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, indexation, and other factors affecting search engine rankings.
Track performance and monitor competitors using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
5+ years of experience in SEO.
Proficient in SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
Experience in creating or guiding the creation of SEO-optimized content.
Strong relationship-building skills for backlinks and collaboration with content and development teams.
