Sales Support Officer

Job brief

An energetic and collaborative organization seeks a proactive Sales Support Officer to join its dynamic sales team. This role is integral to assisting the sales department in achieving its objectives without the pressure of direct sales targets, making it ideal for candidates with a supportive and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to the sales team, including lead management and response coordination.
• Handle pre-sales and post-sales client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of sales quotations and agreements.
• Monitor and update CRM systems, supporting the sales team in achieving KPIs.
• Prepare and manage sales-related reports and documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support sales operations.

Requirements

• Higher diploma or degree holder with at least 1-2 years of work experience.
• Previous telesales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, G Suite/MS Office (especially Google Spreadsheet & Excel), with fast typing skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multitasking efficiently.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently or within a team.
