Job brief

The agency is looking for a passionate Performance Ads Manager to handle Google and Meta ads campaigns. This part-time role (2-3 days per week) offers great flexibility while being part of a dynamic, values-driven team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage advertising account builds across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaign performance and develop strategies for high-budget clients.
  • Liaise with Google and Meta Ads support teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Establish performance tracking and reporting to measure ad effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with client account managers to provide proactive advice and direction.
  • Work with other channel specialists to integrate campaigns with broader marketing activities.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and drive results for clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering great results with digital ads.
  • Experience with GA4 for tracking and analysis.
  • Experience in ecommerce and Merchant Centre is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to optimize ad performance.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
