Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Agent to spearhead our client’s global expansion in the fire safety industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent truly innovative products that are first of their kind in the market. You’ll be instrumental in building and managing relationships with distributors across key markets in the US, Europe, and Indonesia. This position requires a blend of technical understanding, sales acumen, and the ability to educate potential partners about revolutionary fire suppression systems. Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outreach to potential distributors in target markets across the US, Europe, and Indonesia
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Perform 50+ cold calls daily, achieving a 3-5% success rate in securing solid pitches
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our client’s fire suppression systems
  • Educate prospects about innovative fire safety technologies, addressing technical questions and overcoming objections
  • Negotiate and close distribution agreements, targeting 1-2 new distributor partnerships per month
  • Utilize CRM systems to track all interactions, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline
  • Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies and identify new market opportunities
  • Adapt work schedules as needed to communicate with global prospects across different time zones effectively

Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within technical or industrial fields
  • Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models and strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and lead generation
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a significant plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility to accommodate different time zones
  • Passion for innovative technologies and a genuine interest in fire safety and protection
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field preferred
