The Role:

Join Digible as a pivotal Senior Software Engineer. Reporting directly to a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in aligning with stakeholders across the organization particularly Product and Design to execute our long-term engineering vision.

This includes ensuring the timely delivery of customer-facing SAAS products - a cornerstone of our mission, and contributing significantly to ideation around new products.ts.

What you’ll do:

• Advocate for and implement robust engineering practices across architecture, coding patterns, observability, quality, security, and reliability.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of a comprehensive technical strategy.
• Boost team velocity, facilitating rapid, high-quality feature deployment.
• Cultivate strong partnerships and rapport with your Product partner and stakeholders to facilitate product ideation and discovery.

You should have:

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Proven track record in architecting scalable and dependable systems, leveraging industry best practices.
• Proficiency in modern javascript-based web stacks (Node, TypeScript, React, etc.).
• Deep understanding of system architecture principles and patterns.
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or GCP.
• Working knowledge of iterative value-focused delivery methodologies.

This role is open to candidates located within the United States. 

Pay, perks, and such:

• Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000
• 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
