Job Title: Shopify VA (Virtual Assistant)
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: Up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST)

Job Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Shopify, including settings, themes, navigation, and app integrations.
  • Strong experience with general store settings such as store name, address, and configurations.
  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to domain purchasing, shipping profiles, payment gateways, and product integration.
  • Knowledge and experience in policy creation and activation on Shopify stores.
  • Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram setup, troubleshooting Facebook pixels, and ad account assistance.
  • Proficient in DSers setup and integration for product management and partnerships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address a variety of technical issues independently.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, especially in Zoom sessions with clients.
  • Patience and empathy to assist individuals of varying technical skill levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Store Settings: Manage the setup of store name, address, policies, shipping profiles, and payment gateway configurations.
  • Domain Purchasing and Troubleshooting: Handle domain-related issues, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Product Creation and Integration: Manage product creation and ensure integration, including working with tools like DSers for product sourcing.
  • Collections, Tags, and Discounts: Set up and troubleshoot collections, tags, and discounts to optimize store performance.
  • Website Theme Customizations: Upload and customize website themes, setup navigation, and troubleshoot layout issues to enhance the customer experience.
  • App Integrations and Troubleshooting: Provide guidance on app integrations (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, DSers, Shopify Collabs) and resolve any issues related to these apps.
  • Facebook/Instagram and Pixel Troubleshooting: Assist in setting up and troubleshooting Facebook pixels, and manage ad accounts for successful ad campaign integration.
  • Customer Support: Offer customer support in resolving technical issues related to product pages, checkout, and order management.
