No matter the degree of automation, the Stonebranch platform is simple, modern, and secure. Using Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC), enterprises can seamlessly orchestrate workloads and data across hybrid IT environments. The Product Manager should bring to market best-in-class solutions in the domain of Real-time Hybrid IT Automation, Workload Automation, Cloud and Data Pipeline Automation to Stonebranch's customers while teaming across the broader organization to support the continued growth and evolution of the company.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in North America with a preference for candidates in the Atlanta, GA area. For remote candidates, quarterly travel to our Headquarters in Atlanta is required. This position will report to the Chief Product Officer.

  • IT Automation Expertise: Proven expertise in IT Automation, with experience in one or more automation solutions in previous Product Management or senior related roles. Direct experience with Job Scheduling, Workload Automation, and Service Orchestration & Automation Platforms (SOAP) is an asset.
  • Product Launch Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager (or senior related role) in launching new products and rolling out new versions of existing solutions to the market (both SaaS and private cloud).
  • Communicating Business Value: Ability to clearly communicate the business value of the portfolio of products at different stakeholder levels, from executives to hands-on users.
  • Agile Development Knowledge: Familiarity with the development lifecycle in Agile teams and experience in ideating and defining product requirements, gathering input from customers, key stakeholders, and SMEs.
  • Technical Acumen: Excellent understanding of modern IT infrastructure and ecosystems, including cloud vendors, DevOps, data platforms, and major application landscapes. Expertise in legacy platforms is an asset.
  • Curiosity and Passion: Demonstrates curiosity and passion for staying up to date on the latest technologies (AI/ML, Containers, etc.).

  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in working through challenging customer situations and escalations.
  • Sales Insight: Understanding of the sales lifecycle of complex IT management solutions, including buyer personas, problem-solving, competitive analysis, win-loss analysis, and customer migration strategies.
  • Strategic Contribution: Ability to contribute to the strategic product plan, including product positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and areas of evolution and innovation in the product portfolio.
