Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (includes 1 hr unpaid break)
CST



Responsibilities:

  • Manage 8-15 concurrent implementation projects for our SaaS platform

  • Coordinate directly with clients to collect necessary data, pictures, and assets

  • Liaise between internal teams and customers to ensure project timelines are met

  • Follow and maintain well-documented processes for project implementation

  • Participate in client calls and email communications to manage project progress

  • Provide regular updates to the implementation team lead on project statuses

  • Facilitate the flow of information and data between multiple parties involved in the implementation process

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with SaaS platforms, particularly in the built environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • High level of technical aptitude, though coding skills are not required

  • Ability to understand and use technical jargon related to building systems

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in using various internal tools for project tracking and management

Scope:

  • Manage the entire implementation lifecycle from post-sales to project completion

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and integration partners

  • Handle projects of varying complexity and scale within the building management software domain

  • Contribute to the refinement and improvement of implementation processes



Requirements
