Job Description
- Lead Generation and
Prospecting:
o Conduct in-depth market
research to identify conferences, industry trends, and untapped sectors for
potential speaking opportunities across associations, franchises, corporations,
and local businesses.
o Leverage tools such as Zoho
CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.AI to build targeted lists of
decision-makers and event planners.
o Scrape and compile data
to create detailed and accurate prospect lists using digital tools and
platforms.
o Align prospecting
efforts with Ford Saeks’ speaking topics, expertise, and overall business
objectives.
- Outreach and
Communication:
o Craft and execute
targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and schedule follow-up calls.
o Initiate outreach via
email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build relationships, create
opportunities, and secure meetings for Ford Saeks using provided scripts and
assets.
o Schedule and coordinate
calls or meetings between qualified leads and the internal team.
o Transcribe, summarize,
and set up tasks in Zoho CRM after sales meetings to ensure no
opportunities are missed.
- Pipeline and CRM
Management:
o Prepare detailed
pre-meeting briefing documents, including summaries of prospects’ businesses,
past events, challenges, and alignment opportunities.
o Provide pre-meeting
checklists to ensure Ford Saeks is fully prepared with relevant insights and
tailored value propositions.
o Maintain accurate and
up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in Zoho CRM.
o Develop and utilize
templated follow-up sequences for common scenarios such as pricing inquiries or
next steps after exploratory calls.
o Track and manage the
sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-ups and monitor conversion progress.
o Regularly update the
internal team on lead activity, ensuring timely and strategic engagement.
o Provide feedback on
lead quality and recommend strategies to improve prospecting efforts.
- Content and Marketing
Support:
o Collaborate with the
marketing team to leverage Ford Saeks’ articles, blog posts, and thoughts
leadership materials for outreach campaigns.
o Implement article
marketing strategies to share content with targeted audiences, driving
increased brand awareness and engagement.
- Performance Tracking
and Reporting:
o Meet or exceed monthly
quotas for lead generation, call scheduling, and engagement metrics.
o Analyze outreach
performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, prospects
engagement, and campaign outcomes.
o Provide insights and
recommendations to optimize sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
