We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join Transformation Services in Global Business Services (GBS). GBS aims to deliver a frictionless employee experience globally by transforming our employee and business-related services at scale. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in automating business processes using RPA technologies and Microsoft Power Automate. This role involves designing, developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline operations with optimal efficiency.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and analyze automation opportunities
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing assigned automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, maintain project documentation and implementing project management best practices
  • Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery
  • Design automation solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
  • Develop and configure RPA bots using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate
  • Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Provide training and support to end users
  • Deploy automation solutions and provide post-deployment/hyper care support
  • Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure continuous operations and solve issues that may arise
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps, design documents and user guides
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA and Microsoft Power Automate trends and technologies for continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in IT or Computer Science or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA and Microsoft Power Automate, with proven track record of successful deployments
  • Minimum 1 year experience in project management
  • Experience with REST APIs, web services, or database integration for automation is preferred
  • Experience in testing and debugging automation solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy of RPA bots
  • Strong attention to details and can work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in RPA tools and Microsoft Power Automate; Relevant RPA and Microsoft Power Automate certifications are a plus
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or Java
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in automated processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members
  • Willing to work mid or night shift to deliver on global projects, as necessary
  • Willing to report on hybrid set-up (report to the office at least 3 times per week and work from home 2 times a week)
