Job description

Establish, implement and maintain external client-facing online training solutions and reporting for all lines of business. Drive awareness of Clario Learn functionality for internal stakeholders and ongoing innovation.

What you will be doing:

Leads program implementation, including testing and pilots of standard and study specific content, including:

  • Ensuring continued improvement of the LMS by performing quality checks on the current structure and recommending enhancements to the content and implementation

  • Uploading and maintaining curricula content and assessments for all lines of business 

  • Providing level 2 support and troubleshooting

  • Providing automated reporting to key LMS stakeholders

  • Maintain an overall schedule of curricula implementation timelines and ensure the correct content is delivered to the correct group of learners

  • Develop and document all guides, processes, standards and procedures involving the LMS

  • Ensure the LMS vendor is delivering as expected on SLA, provide feedback, governance, issue management and coordinate enhancement requests as needed

  • Collaborate with other teams and Clario initiatives that incorporate the LMS

  • Previous knowledge on Cornerstone and Absorb LMS Platforms

  • Focus on AI tools and their integration

Other duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain standards across all lines of business to ensure a harmonized eLearning structure

  • Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports for internal evaluation and external use

  • Support Instructional Design team members on how to follow the new LMS standards for curriculum and course creation 

  • Resolve access and syncing issues for Site Users and troubleshoot root cause of issues with Research and Development team​

What we look for:

  • BA/BS or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience designing and developing technical course materials using proven instructional design methodologies

  • Knowledge of eLearning solutions for software application training

  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and deliver quality results in a time-sensitive environment

  • Strong training skills (i.e. is able to determine appropriate training methodology based on identified needs)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

  • Excellent decision making, analytical and problem solving skills 

  • Track record of cross functional collaboration

  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects from start to finish, and working effectively with external vendors, as needed

  • Experience in creating and managing rapid training engagement processes including: adaptive training plans and timelines preferred

  • Experience in eLearning Instructional Design (ID) preferred

  • The ability to learn technical products quickly using pre-release documentation and pre-release software preferred

  • Utilizing virtual delivery platforms such as Absorb preferred

  • eLearning or training-related professional certifications are a plus  

  • A track record of implementing successful global programs preferred

  • Experience in implementing Learning Management and Content Management solutions preferred​
