Overview:

As an RPA Developer II, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent programming skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools and technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for automation and optimization.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and document process workflows.
Write and maintain high-quality code/scripts to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
Implement best practices in coding and scripting to ensure maintainability and scalability of RPA solutions.
Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bugs in the automation scripts and provide timely resolutions.
Create comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including technical design documents, user guides, and test cases.
Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements made to the RPA solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT support, and end-users, to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Stay updated on the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on designing and implementing automation solutions.
Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
