• Answering emails
• Calling patients to inform them about Mind Matters Psychiatry, appointment fees, booking details
• Uploading patient referrals to Halaxy
• Uploading any other patient documents to Halaxy
• Inputting patient demographic data to Halaxy
• Calling patients to arrange follow up appointments and to book them in
• Faxing letters to GPs
• Calling pathology to follow up blood results and collect patient's results
