BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a Full-time Systems Analyst-III (SA-III) – Remote (Hybrid also available). Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.

What will you do

In the role of Systems Analyst-III, you will leverage your expertise to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously. With your deep knowledge and innovative approach, you will tackle broad and challenging issues, applying originality and creativity to determine effective methods of execution. You will operate with significant latitude in developing methodologies and devising solutions to problems, making substantial contributions to project deliverables and performance metrics. Your work will not only focus on enhancing current systems and processes but also on developing new strategies to improve long-term business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex system requirements and identify potential improvements.
  
• Develop innovative solutions and methodologies to solve challenging IT problems.
  
• Contribute to the creation and revision of project deliverables and performance metrics.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced technology solutions.
  
• Provide expert guidance and leadership in areas of specialized IT knowledge.
  

• Active Interim / Completed Secret Clearance or higher
  
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, physics, or similar.​
  
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience in systems analysis or a similar field.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex, high-impact projects.
  
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity for creative problem-solving.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
