📌 Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:

• Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Drive technical architecture decisions and build scalable systems.
• Build & Lead Development: Lead platform development and partner with internal and external engineering teams.
• API & Service Design: Design and implement secure, scalable APIs that integrate with healthcare systems.
• Data Processing Solutions: Architect robust solutions for processing and analyzing clinical documentation.
• Mentor & Grow the Team: Help build and mentor a growing engineering team as we scale.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a passionate problem-solver with the following experience:

• 8+ years of backend development with Python or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Cloud & Distributed Systems: Expertise in modern cloud architecture and distributed systems.
• API Design & Microservices: Deep understanding of scalable API design and microservices architecture.
• Passion for Learning: A hunger to explore new technologies, especially in healthcare and AI.

🚀 What You'll Learn & Work With

• AI & LLM Systems: LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone).
