Job description

【工作內容】

  • 推動年度績效管理流程,並適時調整使其滿足不斷變化的組織與環境需求,包含目標設定、績效評估、績效改善計畫等
  • 執行晉升相關事務,包含收集及核對資料、編制晉升報告、及發佈晉升公告等
  • 其他專案性任務及主管交辦事項


【工作要求】

  • 不限科系,人力資源相關科系佳
  • 至少2年薪酬規劃及績效管理經驗
  • 熟悉MS Office及Office 365的辦公處理軟體,有使用SAP或Interinfo等HR系統經驗者佳
  • 能夠以專業的態度處理員工敏感性資料
  • 具團隊精神,有良好的書寫和口語表達能力
  • 注重細節,問題處理和分析與組織能力佳
  • 英文說寫流利佳 (會議報告及主持)


【Job Description】

  • Promote the annual performance management process and make timely adjustments to meet the changing needs of the organization and the environment, including goal setting, performance appraisals and performance improvement plans.
  • Execute promotion related matters, including collecting and verifying data, preparing promotion reports, and issuing promotion announcements.
  • Assist other ad hoc tasks and HR related projects.


【Job Requirements】

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with a strong academic background in the HR domain.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation planning and performance management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365. Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP or Interinfo is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive personal data professionally.
  • Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous, strong analytical thinking, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
