We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Jeddah.

AlGooru is a Saudi-based learning platform that offers 1-on-1 private tutoring services in a variety of academic and recreational subjects. It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). AlGooru provides tailored educational support to students, and it's backed by several renowned investors including Constructor Capital, Techstars, Plug & Play, Raz Group, RZM Investment, and prestigious institutions like KAUST, Hub71, and MiSK.

The Role Highlights 💡

Main Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality, visually engaging designs that align with AlGooru’s brand identity and marketing goals.
2. Lead the design process for digital ads, social media, and print assets, ensuring consistency and innovation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs that contribute to customer acquisition and engagement.

A Day In Your Life:

1. Lead the design and production of marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
2. Develop creative concepts for digital and print designs, including ads, social media, and broadcast materials.
3. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design assets align with campaign objectives and user experience.
4. Optimize landing pages and UI/UX designs to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
6. Focus on creating design elements that drive engagement and optimize click-through rates (CTR).
7. Stay updated with design trends and tools to continuously improve design practices.

Requirements

You’re the Senior Graphic Designer we’re looking for if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer
• Deep understanding of Saudi culture (do's & don'ts)
• Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and branding
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, and Figma
• Strong experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms
• Familiar with prototyping tools like Adobe XD and Figma
• Proficient in project management tools such as Trello and Asana

• Ability to analyze design performance and adjust based on key metrics (CTR, engagement)
• Experience with social media insights and performance tracking tools (Instagram, Facebook)

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
