CFS Regional Account Manager (Construction)

UFP Concrete Forming Solutions is the leading supplier of lumber, plywood and value-add, custom formwork solutions to the concrete construction industry.  Our team operates from a national network of manufacturing and distribution facilities located near every major metropolitan area.

Job Summary

The Regional Concrete Forming Solutions Account Manager is responsible for the sale of Company products and services by developing and maintaining customer contacts within an assigned territory or area of responsibility.

Areas Covered: North Dakota and South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin

Travel Required: 25-50%

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Services and maintains positive relationships with current customer base

• Identify customer needs and solve problems

• Understand and perform cost savings analysis for customers

• Generates new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customers

• Troubleshoots problems for customer

• Qualify customers’ creditworthiness

• Monitors sales market in assigned region

• Prepares various reports as required

• Accounts receivable management

• Month-end inventory participation

• Performs other duties as required

​Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related area

• Minimum of 3 Years Outside Sales experience in Construction field highly preferred

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications

• Preferred manufacturing background, but not required

• Preferred experience and knowledge on UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines

Compensation & Benefit Information

Salary Pay Range:  $50,000 - $75,000 annually dependent on experience*
                *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living  

Bonus/Incentive Pay: 
The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
