Job description

IDR is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join one of our top clients. This is a 100% remote 3-month contract + extensions starting ASAP. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer sales compensation plans, including incentives, commissions, and bonuses.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend program improvements.
  • Support the development of strategies to address pay compression and promote equity.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for market benchmarking and compensation packages.
  • Provide training and guidance on compensation plans to managers and sales teams.


Required Experience:

  • 3+ years in compensation, focusing on sales compensation administration.
  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certification in compensation or related fields (e.g., CCP, CPP) preferred.
