Digital Content Specialist

Location: DUARTE, California, Remote (team you'll be working with are in PT and CT time zones)

Compensation Range: $22 - 25 per hour

Our client is undergoing an intranet migration from Salesforce to SharePoint Online. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Digital Content Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) to support an in-progress intranet migration. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and leaders across various departments to review, streamline, and migrate intranet page content. This role requires interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to synthesize content, comfort with building content in SharePoint Online and an understanding of user experience (UX) design principles to ensure the migrated content is user-friendly and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Prefer 2-5 years' experience with content management, communications or related field.
• Successful candidate should be comfortable working with middle-management leaders to capture the vision and direction for their intranet pages as well as synthesize that content and build it in the new platform (we need soft skills, written communication skills and technology skills - with an eye for design).
• Minimum Education: Prefer B.A. in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Special Qualifications/Certifications Required: Healthcare experience a plus but not required.
